How we handle your data.

Short version: we collect the little you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it. If you want it gone, say so and it is gone.

What the diagnostic collects

Nothing. The check on the home page runs entirely inside your browser. The numbers you move the sliders to are never sent anywhere and never reach us, unless you choose to tap the WhatsApp button — at which point you can see exactly what is being sent, because it appears in the message box for you to edit or delete before sending.

What the form collects

Your name, your business name, the contact detail you give us, and whatever you write in the last box. We keep it so we can reply. We also record roughly when it arrived and which page it came from, which is how we notice if the form has broken.

What we measure about visits

We use a privacy-preserving analytics tool that sets no cookies, stores no identifier and cannot follow you to other sites. It tells us how many people visited, how far down the page they read, and which buttons were tapped. It does not tell us who you are, and it never records what you typed into the diagnostic.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, which serves the page and runs the form, and our email provider, which delivers the message to us. Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for two years after, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Then they are deleted.

Having it removed

Email vipul@growtharchai.com or message +91 92252 17933 and ask. You do not have to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of whatever we hold.
